  3. Anyone is hereby entitled to use and distribute this program provided that by
  4. doing so the following is acknowledged:

  6.     The author of this program is not held responsible for any misfortune
  7.     emerging from the use of dbackup.

  9.     The program, licence and manuals are not modified.
